10/27 do now

To me, a presentation means to inform and entertain someone or multiple people. You go up on stage or behind a podium and try your best to make others happy or make them more informed. Ask the audience questions and try to make them interested. You can be engaging to your audience by sounding like you are happy to be here. Also, to bribe people to come with material items or food. If you interact with your audience, you will more likely connect with them. When presenting, you should talk to the person, not talk at them. Also, always make eye contact with your audience members.

Google's Nest Learning Thermostat

In 2011, Tony Fadell and Matt Rogers released their new thermostat. The Nest did more then just did more than just show a smart design. The new heat and AC incubators that have came are all slight variations on the same energy-efficient, customization-focused theme. The Nest Learning thermometer is not the first "smart" thermometer to come, but, because of its unique shape it has changed the game. Its dial takes ideas from retro thermostats, but some new tweaks gave it modern appeal. The Nest Learning Thermostat adapts to when you come and leave your house so you don't have to worry about setting fixed Home and Away schedules. Also, if you buy a Nest Learning Thermometer it will send you energy reports based on your usage to guide you toward a heating and cooling routine that is better for the enviroment. The Nest costs $249.
